This policy applies to all games published by Bihan Apps ("I", "me"), including Sudoku – Calm & Classic. It explains what information my apps collect, how it's used, and who to contact with questions.

My games are designed to work without requiring an account or personal information. My apps do not use any analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs, so no data is sent to me or to any third party. The only data my games store is:

• Gameplay data stored locally on your device (e.g. puzzle progress, settings) — this never leaves your device.

How I use information

I do not collect, use, or sell any personal information.

Third-party services

My apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored gameplay data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Children's privacy

My games are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically at children under 13. Since I do not collect any personal information from any user, I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
